There’s a way out of your LP position. A quiet one.
You don’t have to wait out the hold, and you don’t have to ask your sponsor to buy you out. We bring your position to vetted buyers, privately, at the price you set.
What’s in it for you.
No one finds out it was you.
Buyers see limited details and no names. Nothing is listed, so your fellow LPs have nothing to notice. And if no buyer turns up, nobody knows you looked.
An exit you may not know you have
Most LPs assume they’re locked in until the deal ends. Many LP agreements allow a transfer with the sponsor’s consent. We read yours and tell you what it allows.
Your price
You set the asking price, and you can offer some or all of your units.
Buyers you couldn’t reach yourself
Family offices, accredited investors, LPs in other private deals and real estate funds, each verified by a registered dealer.
Almost no work
You talk to us, by phone, text or email. We handle the questions and the paperwork with your sponsor’s lawyer.
How it goes.
Tell us what you hold
Which deal, how many units, and when you invested.
Set your price
For all of your units or some of them, within any minimums your LP agreement sets.
Your sponsor approves
Your sponsor signs off on the transfer and decides which buyers can see it, as your LP agreement requires.
Vetted buyers take a look
A registered dealer shows a no-names summary to the buyers who fit.
Close
Your sponsor confirms the buyer and the transfer closes through their lawyer. The money moves and the buyer takes your seat.
Questions LPs ask us.
Does my sponsor know I’m selling?
Yes. Your sponsor has to approve any new LP, and is often the one who pointed you to us. What they no longer have to do is find the money to buy you out.
What if other LPs have a right of first refusal?
Then they get the first look, as your LP agreement says, without learning who’s selling.
What if the deal isn’t performing well?
You can still ask. Buyers see the same appraisal and investor reports any LP would, and decide for themselves.
Is a sale guaranteed?
No. We can’t promise a buyer, a price or a date. A transfer only happens if a vetted buyer meets your price and your sponsor approves them.
